These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cae444 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of the website located at cae444.org and all associated services, products, and features made available through that website (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the cae444 website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the cae444 platform and must close your account immediately.

cae444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the cae444 Service following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to and use of the cae444 Service is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

All funds in such an account will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated by an underage account will be forfeited.

To access the full range of cae444 services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address.

One Account Per Player. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the cae444 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where cae444 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be forfeited, and in cases of deliberate fraud , winnings may be confiscated.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. cae444 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify cae444 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

KYC Verification. cae444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. These may include a copy of your national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of your residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Account Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the lifecycle of your account is truthful, accurate, and up to date. cae444 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account details provided by you. If your personal details change, you must update your account profile promptly.

cae444 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for Bangladesh-based players. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount at cae444 is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for bank transfers and card payments. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cae444 account within five minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to one hour to reflect in your account balance. cae444 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply its standard service charges.

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, in keeping with standard anti-money laundering procedures. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of cae444's compliance team. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Rocket and Upay: 30–60 minutes after approval
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, City, Islami Bank): 1–3 hours after approval
• Visa and Mastercard: 1–5 hours after approval

Withdrawal Fees. cae444 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply standard transfer charges, which are your sole responsibility.

Currency. All transactions on cae444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). cae444 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

cae444 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, cashback rewards, and seasonal incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the general Terms set out here as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met in full.

Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to verified players who have made at least one qualifying deposit, unless the promotion is specified as a no-deposit offer. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to receive bonuses during any restriction period.

Bonus Abuse. cae444 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviour includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets across opposing outcomes to meet wagering requirements ("hedging"), coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers, and providing false information to obtain a promotion. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently closed.

Promotional Changes. cae444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions tied to seasonal events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or IPL seasons are time-limited and subject to availability.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and in-play wagering activity conducted through the cae444 platform. For casino games, the rules of each individual game as published by the relevant game provider take precedence.

Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by cae444. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets that exceed our published maximum stake limits.

Bet Settlement. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting event as determined by the sport's governing body. For cricket markets, results are determined by the official scorecards published by the ICC, BCB, or the relevant domestic cricket board. For disputed results, cae444 will exercise reasonable discretion and may delay settlement until the official result is confirmed.

Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement, manifest pricing errors, system faults that result in incorrect odds being displayed, or where cae444 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

In-Play Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. cae444 accepts no liability for delays in data transmission that may affect the odds displayed for in-play markets. Any bet accepted at an in-play price stands unless the bet was placed after the relevant market was suspended.

Maximum Winnings. cae444 imposes maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. Where a player's winnings would exceed the applicable maximum payout, the winnings will be capped at the published limit regardless of the theoretical return.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the cae444 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent interaction with cae444 support.
• Money Laundering: Using the cae444 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. cae444 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any investigation into suspected money laundering.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or artificially inflate bonus balances.
• Cheating Software: Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile financial service provider in relation to a genuine deposit made to your cae444 account. Any account subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access the cae444 platform using another player's credentials or using technical methods to circumvent security measures.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the cae444 platform or its games. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected system error will be voided.

Closure by the Player. You may close your cae444 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support at cae444.org. Before closure, any pending withdrawals must be resolved and any active wagering requirements must be settled. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following KYC clearance. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

Closure by cae444. cae444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• The player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• cae444 is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or a regulatory directive.

Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a self-exclusion through their account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options are available for periods of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, access to betting and deposit functions is suspended. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the selected period has fully elapsed.

Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. cae444 may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳50 per month to accounts with a positive balance after the 12-month threshold, up to the value of the available balance. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.
